Treatment for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Chronic fatigue syndrome is an ailment where a patient experiences a never ending exhaustion and fatigue. You can adapt this ailment from the viruses and bacteria in your surroundings, and from the stress and depression you feel every day. These elements are the one responsible in giving you colds, dry cough, headache, memory loss, and chest pain. But, there are some treatments that will help you to prevent or even give you a chance to cure your chronic fatigue problem.
Here are some treatments for your chronic fatigue syndrome:
  • Start eating foods that are rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3 fatty acids will help you to stabilize your emotions. It will help you to overcome your stress and depression. Salmon, tuna, and other oceanic fish are good source of omega 3 fatty acids. If you want  a supplement, you can also rely on this product.
  • St. John’s wort is a good antidepressant. If you think that you cannot control your emotions anymore, you can take a capsule of St. John’s wort to calm your senses. 
  • Ginseng is a good source for enhancing your energy. Enhancing your energy will help you lessen the chronic fatigue syndrome in your body. If you have an energized body, then you have all the strength to fight the pain and viruses that you might encounter because of this syndrome.
  • Have enough rest. Eight hours of sleep will help you to relax all your senses. Chronic fatigue syndrome might cause sleepless night for you, but you can try lighting scented candles with lavender scent to help you in freeing your mind from uncontrollable thoughts that keep on bugging you.
  • Have a regular exercise. Allot at least one to two hours of work out twice or thrice a week. This activity will help you gain more strength and it will help your blood to flow smoothly.
  • Try to engage in body massage at least once a week. It will awaken your muscles and blood streams. A regular massage will also eliminate the toxins in your body. If your blood is flowing smoothly, other parts or organs in your body will receive the right amount  of oxygen that it needs in performing its job.
  • Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. Alcohol creates too much acid in your body. If you are a regular drinker, then you are carrying a huge amount of acid in your system. Acids kill lots of good elements inside us, and before they can destroy our body, it’s better to stay away from them immediately. Smoking kills a lot of brain cells that might cause poor memory, and it damages our lungs too.
